Ingredients & Benefits

What's Inside Complete Daily Greens?

0.39g per serving - Açai is a super berry native to the Amazon rainforest that boasts a superior nutrient and antioxidant profile.

It is especially rich in anthocyanin, a phytochemical that gives the açai berry its
deep purple colour. The very same pigment is also found in blueberries, except açai
contains at least 3x more* of these potent plant compounds.

0.6g per serving - Ashwagandha is a prized herb used in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine, as Rasayana (rejuvenator).

Adaptogens like ashwagandha may support the stress response, cognition and sleep.

We only use KSM-66®, a full-spectrum ashwagandha, extracted from 100% ashwagandha roots – never the leaves. The roots are considered the best source of the health-boosting compounds.

0.07g per serving - Bacillus coagulans is a type of good bacteria, called a probiotic. Where it differs from other probiotics is that it may withstand extreme
environments, such as high levels of acid in the stomach.

4.37g per serving - Organic brown rice protein is a protein supplement made from brown rice.

Along with the pea protein, these two high-quality protein sources combined to create a complete protein featuring all essential amino acids.

    Perfect way to replace electrolytes

I’ve been adding these to the water I carry to the gym & must say that these taste great which motivates me to drink more water than I probably would. Reduces cramping as well.

I also carry these on holidays when I know it’s going to be hot out and I think it’s a great way to replace essential electrolytes
